Heidi Stieglitz Ham
CEO
Bio
Dr. Heidi Stieglitz Ham is a cognitive psychologist and a speech-language pathologist. After spending 11 years in clinical settings, she undertook a major career change and moved into academia, earning her PhD from the University of Edinburgh in 2010 investigating developmental dyspraxia and cognitive processing in individuals with autism. Heidi has worked with individuals with autism and their families in the United States, United Kingdom, Nigeria and Australia.
She is passionate about helping individuals to transition from adolescence to adulthood and helping them succeed in life, especially post secondary school when support services are often limited. Motivated to see positive change in this area, she is pioneering an innovative approach to improving functional outcomes of adults on the autism spectrum.
She launched Spectrum Fusion as a university associate at Curtin University, a member of the Curtin Autism Research Group (CARG) and conducting research within the Autism Cooperative Research Centre. Today she is an adjunct professor at Rice University and Executive Director of Spectrum Fusion in Houston. She holds two trademarks for Spectrum Fusion and The Reactor Room Program. She also started the only studio for autistic adults in media production.
Tushar Sharma

Bio
Tushar Sharma is a biomedical engineer and early-stage med-tech founder who has served on Spectrum Fusion’s Board of Directors since 2022. He describes his contribution simply as “offering whatever hard-earned lessons I can” to help the organisation open doors for neurodivergent talent.
Tushar began his journey in biotechnology at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras before earning both his master’s and doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Early professional chapters at Intel Corporation and Johnson & Johnson gave him a front-row seat to two very different operating cultures: Intel’s relentless focus on scalable processes and J&J’s deep respect for patient safety and regulatory rigour. Those experiences, he says, shaped his bias toward disciplined execution—an outlook that now guides his work as CEO of Vivifi Medical, where a lean team is pushing a minimally invasive therapy for prostate disease from prototype to first-in-human use.
Running a start-up has taught Tushar that success hinges less on grand strategy and more on daily habits: keeping multiple projects moving, matching the right person to the right task, and turning complex ideas into clear visual stories that rally supporters. He applies the same playbook at Spectrum Fusion, helping transform the organisation’s creative concepts into repeatable, sustainable programmes—whether that means building a steady pipeline of Reactor Room videos or structuring partnerships that can scale beyond a pilot.
Along the way, Tushar became fluent in podcasting, professional video-editing suites and 3D animation tools, skills he first honed to illustrate surgical concepts for investors and clinicians. Those visual-storytelling abilities dovetail smoothly with Spectrum Fusion’s media-driven initiatives, allowing him to provide guidance to folks interested in digital media careers.
Colleagues describe Tushar as a pragmatic optimist who favors straight talk, asks the hard questions early, and measures progress by tangible impact. He was drawn to Spectrum Fusion because he believes the most original solutions often come from minds that don’t fit the standard mold—and he wants to ensure those voices have both a platform and a concrete pathway to long-term success.
Bilen Ham
CFO
Bio
Bilen Ham is CFO at Spectrum Fusion, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making the world a better place for autistic adults. Prior to that he was Vice President of Projects at Ecobat, the largest battery recycler in the world. He worked as a Venture Partner with Climate Impact Capital and Renewable Energy Consultant with Net-Zero-Solution. He was Vice President Project Development in bp’s Gas & Low Carbon Energy and has over 30 years’ experience working across all segments of the energy value chain. He has an international profile and worked half his career overseas in the United Kingdom, Libya, Venezuela, Nigeria, and Australia.
Bilen earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Business Administration from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business and is a certified Project Management Institute Project Management Professional®.
Bilen serves as a business mentor for the Australian Trade and Investment Commission San Francisco Landing Pad focused on the hydrocarbon, power and renewable energy sectors to assist start-ups enter the US market. He resides in Houston, Texas.

With more than two decades of industry expertise, Clay has led global teams and orchestrated sustainable transformations across the value chain. His seasoned background spans supply chain management, procurement, operating model enhancements, operational excellence, turnaround initiatives, corporate carve-outs, operational due diligence, and digital enablement. As a trusted advisor, he has collaborated closely with Fortune 500 corporations across a diverse array of industries.
Gina Angulo

Bio
Gina Angulo is a Houston native with a diverse career in real estate, business, and community leadership. She earned a BFA in Communications, Radio, Television, and Film from Texas Christian University, where she also interned at Dallas’ top country music station, KPLX. Gina has served as a Broker Associate with leading firms including 5th Stream Realty, Joseph & Co, Keller Williams Realty, and Martha Turner Properties, and was the Broker of Record for Carriage Realty. She also held leadership as Owner and Vice President of Cloud Nine Hair, USA, and gained experience in marketing and title services with Alamo Title, Texas State Title, and The Benton Company.
Dedicated to civic and social involvement, Gina has held board and leadership positions with organizations including The Orange Show, Spectrum Fusion, The Vaughn Foundation, the Houston Ladies Tennis Association, Afton Oaks Civic Club, and Municipal Utility District #36, where she has served as Vice President since 1995. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston, a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and an active volunteer with causes such as Texas Children’s Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics, and the Salvation Army.
In addition to her professional and civic work, Gina enjoys tennis, traveling, cooking, reading, and scuba diving. She is also a member of River Oaks Country Club.
Lafayette Herring

Bio
Lafayette Herring is a seasoned energy executive with over 25 years of experience spanning the global energy industry. His career has focused on the development and commercialization of major projects across LNG, natural gas, power generation, and renewable energy. He has built a practice around strategic advisory and complex project structuring, with a recent emphasis on the energy transition, including geothermal and net-zero planning.
A native Houstonian, Lafayette has a longstanding interest in the city’s civic and cultural landscape. He recently concluded his term as President of the Board of Trustees for The Orange Show Center for Visionary Art, where he helped guide the institution’s strategic direction. He holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BA from the University of Houston.
