Last year Spectrum Fusion had our film showcase premiere at River Oaks Theatre, with a focus on Employment.
This year, in 2026, Spectrum Fusion is excited to announce another screening of our film work at the historic River Oaks Theatre on April 28th, where we will unveil a series of short films and videos produced by our Media Team, highlighting the journeys of of autistic individuals navigating the transition to adulthood, in honor of Autism Acceptance Month.
The focus this year is on the Transition to Adulthood, and what we as a society can do to help autistic young adults make the transition to adulthood and become their own independent people.
This 90-minute cinematic experience brings together original short films, including a feature documentary, and personal stories that explore life beyond adolescence — from moments of uncertainty to meaningful progress in employment, confidence, and self-direction. The program invites audiences to experience both the challenges and the possibilities that emerge when creativity, support, and opportunity come together, and will be followed by a 30-minute live Q&A session.
